Tony Boulden is a licensed real estate agent (agent No 3219610) and an experienced property investor. Tony is also a Chartered Director and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Tony has a commerce degree (accounting, finance and systems) from the University of NSW, a Certificate IV in property (Real Estate) from REIQ, and a Company Director’s Course Diploma from the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD).
Tony sits on five Gold Coast body corporate committees (all as Chairman) representing the interests of 450+ lot owners.
Tony is married with 2 teenage daughters and is a resident of the Gold Coast. He has a long and successful history in his own personal property purchases (since 1992) and currently owns directly or indirectly seven investment properties that are located in SE QLD, NSW and VIC.
Coupled with this, his personable style and intuition makes him adept at matching a client’s individual needs to the right property. His personal network within the industry is extensive and he is well respected by agents and clients alike.
Between May 1999 and July 2004 Tony was a Director and Company Secretary of an unlisted public company.

Tony is a proven creative thinker with excellent practical experience, well developed business skills and a track record of significant achievement in a commercially oriented proactive financial management capacity.
Tony, a commerce graduate from the University of NSW, started as an accountant in business services. He worked for a firm of chartered accountants in Sydney for five years. His career also included a stint for 9 years as a financial controller for an ASX listed public company.
